- Within 1 day of auction close, winning bidder will be asked to obtain loan pre-approval or show proof of funds and sign a sales contract at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.
- Closing will take place at seller's title company of choice within 30 days of signing the contract.
- When contract will be signed within 24 hours of winning auction, winning bidder will pay $1000 earnest money to be held at title company handling the closing.
- Winning bidder may, at their option have a home inspection within 7 days of contract signing.
