Question: Lot size, CCR's
Answer: Lot Size is about 1/3 acre, see the plat map. I am working on CC&R's will post them in the files section when available.
Question: Can you tell me what type of building are allowed on this property? Commercial or residential zone?
Answer: Residential Only, thank you for your question.
Question: what are the yearly dues for to own property in this community,also is this land on community sewer and water?
Answer: This years dues were 780, feel free to call the POA. The number is on their website, which is listed on then auction page as a link.
Question: Is there water/electricity to the site? What are lot dimensions?
Answer: Yes there are utilities, all at the road. Lot dimensions can be found on the plat map... they are something like, 70 wide x230 long one one side and 180 long on the other side, see the plat map.
Question: Will the delinquent taxes be paid by the buyer, or the seller in escrow?
Answer: seller will pay back taxes.
Question: What is the size of the lot?
Answer: About 1/3 acre.
Question: Hi, what are the yearly property taxes? Any other fees (besides $780), taxes etc. Paved or? How long is airstrip? Thnx, rs
Answer: Current taxes are unknown. They are usually adjusted to 1-2% of the purchase price, then re-adjusted when you build. Call the POA for the length of the airstrip, the number can be found on their website. Roads are paved to the property.
Question: How much are the home owner dues?
Answer: Last year it was 780 (annual)
Question: May I please request an assessor parcel number for this lot.
Answer: You will find that in the preliminary title report, which can be downloaded.
Question: hi!!!! the air strip is public?
Answer: I guess you could say it's semi-private, the air strip and equestrian center are for all Property owners at Lake California.
Question: is there power/water at site? can a trailer be parked while building house?
Answer: power and water yes, trailer no.
