Question: Does this property have a home inspection. Will FHA loan on this property
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. No the property is not an FHA property. No we have not done a home inspection the property is sold AS IS, with not contingency’s. Thank you again for taking time to view our web site.
Question: Hi i forgot to ask if there were any liens on the house that will be transfered to the new owners?
Answer: Good Morning Rachel, The property will be delivered with a clear title report. The Preliminary Title Report shows an $11,000 lien that we have already cleared. Gook Luck.

  2. Auction end time will extend 2 minutes at a time until bidding is silent for 2 minutes.
