After the auction, the high bidder winning bidder will give another deposit so that a total deposit held in escrow will equal 10% of the bid price and this will be maintained by the escrow agent and will be credited to the buyer at closing.
- A buyer's premium, in the amount of 10% will be added to the high bid to for the final bid price.
