Answer: We are not at liberty to disclose the reserve.

Question: what are the taxes, are there a deeded boat place for each condo?
Answer: The 2009 taxes were $3019.00, no homestead. The units each have deeded dock space. Lifts are allowed.

Question: is this a chinese drywall situation?
Answer: The developer says that to his knowledge there has been NO defective drywall in any of his developments. You have the right to inspect.

Question: is the lake closed or there an outlet
Answer: The lake does not go anywhere, it is freshwater.

Answer: This property has not been tested for defective drywall however the developer has had no defective drywall on any of their projects to date. You have the right to inspect.

Question: Are there any back taxes HOA fees etc.. due the buyer will have to pay?
Answer: We are waiting on the financials from the management company on this unit to establish the status of the HOA dues. There are property taxes in the amount of $5,705.45 being held in a tax certificate at this time. As far as who will pay it at closing will be negotiated with the lender.

Answer: This is a flat on the second floor overlooking the lake. There are 4 units to a building, with a total of 20 units in the complex.

- To bid on our property, you must be of legal age to enter into contract to purchase real estate (18 in most states, 21 in others). If you're in doubt about the legal age to enter into contract in your state, please consult with competent legal counsel before bidding.
