Question: What is the amount and frequency of HOA dues? Are there any pending assessments?
Answer: Monthly dues for this unit is $230. No pending assessments.
Question: How much is the monthly maintenance fee? How far to a marina?
Answer: $230 monthly association fee and the marina is within one mile. There is a private marina for this development that is currently full.
Question: What floors are the units on? Does each unit have additional storage? Can you describe the HOA/Tenant maintenance responsibilities? Is there an elevator for the upper floors?
Answer: This unit is on the 2nd floor of building B the other unit is on the 3rd floor of building A. The elevator does service all floors. There is no additional storage. There is a link on this site to view the HOA information. Dues are $230 monthkly for B4 and $260 monthly for A6.

Answer: $230 monthly for B4 and $260 monthly for A6. No boat slips come with these units and no outside storage.

Terms
  1. To bid on our property, you must be of legal age to enter into contract to purchase real estate (18 in most states, 21 in others). If you're in doubt about the legal age to enter into contract in your state, please consult with competent legal counsel before bidding.
  2. While auction is "active", all bids MUST be placed online.  Written offers will not be accepted.
  3. Winning bid is subject to seller approval.
  4. Buyers Agent commission of 1% is being offered.
  5. All bids are placed in US Dollars.
  6. If you are outbid by another bidder, you will receive an email notice so you can return and increase your bid if you so desire.
  7. The bidding will be open and everyone will have access to the bid history during the auction.
  8. As the auction nears the ending time it will auto-extend until bidding is silent for 2 minutes.
  9. If there is more than one high bid at the same level (a tying bid), the bid first submitted will be honored.
  10. The high bidder will be notified via email after the auction ends.
  11. Seller reserves the right to postpone or cancel this auction at any time for any reason.
  12. Sale is “as-is”, "where-is". Seller will not fix anything!
  13. Within 2 days of auction close, winning bidder will be asked to obtain loan pre-approval or show proof of funds and sign a sales contract at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.
  14. Closing will take place at seller's and winning bidder's agreed upon title company within 30 days of signing the contract.
  15. When contract is signed, winning bidder will pay $10,000 (cashiers's check or certified funds) earnest money to be held at title company handling the closing.
  16. Seller will furnish to buyer at closing a warranty deed and furnish a title examination letter at closing.
  17. Seller will include the following personal property in the sale: None
  18. Seller will exclude the following real property from the sale: None
Buyer Premium: 0.0%
This fee is added to the winning bid amount and is paid by the Buyer. High Bid + Buyer Premium = Selling Price.
