High Bidder will have the option to pay a nonrefundable $200.00 due dilligance fee and will have 30 days to conduct a perk test. During due dilligance the contract can be cancelled. Earnest money deposit will be refunded, On day 31 the earnest money deposit becomes nonrefunable.
